Food is the most important and vital element in our body.
Good food can give healthy life and bad food can give sick and weak life. Let’s
learn about food.
We have different type of food. Exp: meat, fish, poultry,
eggs, Nuts, different type of fruit and vegetable. All food we are eating. But some
foods are alkalis mean high PH (potential of hydrogen) that is called Super food. Super food is rich of vitamins and prevents all kind of diseases. So, we have to choose Super food for our daily
healthy diet. I am giving some super food name below:

- 2. Kale leaves and Spinach

- 4. Blueberry, Gogi berry
- 5. Almond and nuts
